I live in Hendersonville, NC with my husband and dog Sam. I love to read, spend time at the lake with my husband, and entertain friends. My Christian faith is a vital part of my life and upon client request, I am comfortable integrating Biblical principals in session.
I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1999 with a Masters degree in Social Work with a focus on mental health. I received clinical supervision for two years, passed a national exam, and obtained North Carolina licensure in 2003. I opened my practice in April 2003.
Professional organizations include National Association of Social Workers, National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, Obsessive-Compulsive Foundation, and North Carolina Society for Clinical Social Workers.
